Land registry plans
You may need a plan for a number of reasons, for example if:
- Your land is unregistered
- You are interested in splitting or subdividing your land
- Or if you plan to sell off a portion of land
Based in the heart of Staffordshire we can provide plans in Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent, Stone and the surrounding areas. At Crookshank & Co we will arrange an appointment to measure the land that you need a plan for and take a walk around to work out the exact specifications you require. We will then create a plan which is suitable for the land registry and send out a PDF copy as well as a hard copy in the post.
